At Nicky Madison, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return for eligible items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and original packaging should be intact when applicable
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
How to Start a Return
Email support@nickymadison.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or we made an error, Nicky Madison covers return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or card statement timing may vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
