Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within: United States

Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM EST. Anything placed after this is processed the following business day, which can add one day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days in total

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with reliable carriers to deliver orders throughout the United States, including: USPS, UPS, FedEx

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: every order within the United States qualifies for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.
  • Paid Shipping (if applicable): for destinations outside our free shipping zone, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If anything goes wrong on the way to you, including a delay or a lost package, contact our customer service team right away. We will work with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you safely.

Tracking Your Order
